The Waukesha, Wisconsin, parade massacre that killed six people and injured dozens of others was reportedly conducted by a man released under the district attorney’s radical bail reform policies, according to a new report.
Darrell Brooks, the man apprehended at the incident, was released on $1,000 bail just days earlier, even though he allegedly threatened to run over others and had a history of multiple crimes.
“Earlier this month, a Milwaukee court let #DarrellBrooks out on $1,000 bail after he allegedly ran a woman over with the same SUV believed to have been used in the #WaukeshaParade attack. That’s despite an active warrant in Nevada and a long, violent criminal past,” Michael Ruiz tweeted.
