Biden recommits to reversing Trump’s ‘America First’ agenda

President Joe Biden is busily engaged in the process of reversing most of the work former President Donald Trump did in his four years in office.

On Thursday, Biden detailed his plan to withdraw Trump’s “America First” policy platform and recommit to the Obama-era globalist agenda.

Obama-era regression

“The message I want them the world to hear today America is back,” Biden told attendees of a State Department even this week.

Biden declared that Trump’s America-forward agenda caused the “neglect” and “abuse” of alliances with Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, and Australia.

“American alliances are our greatest asset and leading with diplomacy means standing shoulder to shoulder with our allies in key partners once again,” Biden declared.

Donald Trump’s interactions with these longtime allies of the US pressured those nations to stand on their own two feet instead of relying on the US for military and financial support — a decision that infuriated swamp-dwellers that detest the idea of self-sufficiency.

“It’s going to take time to rebuild what has been so badly damaged, but that’s precisely what we’re going to do,” Biden said, blasting Trump’s troop withdrawal from Germany, alleged collusion with Russia, and refusal to accept millions of foreign refugees.

Biden made it clear that “America First” has no place in his administration, adding that “America cannot afford to be absent any longer on the world stage.”

Curiously, Biden made no mention of Donald Trump’s historic efforts to broker peace between perpetually-warring nations in the middle east.

America last

While Donald Trump pushed back against European Union globalists throughout his presidency, Joe Biden — in just his first weeks in office — has made it clear that he will once again align US foreign policy with the EU’s goals.

The EU has already begun the process of pressuring Biden to ditch American priorities and jump aboard its radical green agenda, and Biden is only too happy to oblige.

According to a Wall Stree Journal report in December, Biden is surrounded by advisors that will advocate for a globalist agenda, noting that “President-elect Biden’s initial economic picks—most of whom served in the Obama or Clinton administrations—still largely believe in the benefits of globalization and trade, according to interviews and their public statements.”
