Trump allies promise to deliver proof of widespread ‘illegal voting’ in Nevada: Report

President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign says that they will present pivotal evidence of voter fraud to a Nevada judge on Thursday.

Trump’s team claims that thousands of people voted fraudulently in the presidential election in Nevada, enough to flip the state to a win for Trump, the Washington Examiner’s Paul Bedard reported.

“Cesspool of fake votes”

One of those representing Trump in the effort is American Conservative Union chairman Matt Schlapp, who attracted attention in November for his claims of deceased people voting and other irregularities that Trump says comprise a “cesspool of fake votes.”

The Trump campaign was set to make its case Thursday after Judge James Russell of the First Judicial District Court agreed to a hearing, Just the News reported.

Bedard, for his part, spoke to Schlapp and reported on some of the campaign’s findings, which center on Democratic Clark County. The campaign told Bedard that despite being “stonewalled,” they have uncovered evidence that some 1,500 dead people voted, in addition to 40,000 who voted more than once. Dismissing those votes would be more than enough for Trump to win the state.

They also plan to demonstrate that people listed RV camps and casinos as their homes and that some who never voted were counted as having cast a ballot, the campaign said. Biden was certified as the winner in Nevada by about 33,000 votes, Bedard noted.

“I can’t predict what a judge will do, but any fair-minded American would come to the same conclusion: Trump won Nevada by thousands of votes if illegal ballots are remedied,” Schlapp told the Examiner writer.

Legal challenges continue

President Trump and his legal team have filed a number of lawsuits challenging election results in states that Biden won by close margins — not just Nevada.

It all comes as the president’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, has been holding hearings in various states with witnesses who say they observed or experienced intimidation toward Republicans from poll workers and voter fraud.

The Trump campaign will have 15 witnesses providing testimony in Nevada’s Carson City on Thursday, according to a report from Sinclair Broadcast Group, in a hearing that will come days after Trump was able to have his lawyers inspect voting materials at the main ballot counting center in Las Vegas.

“In my years of experience in politics, I have never seen the amount of illegal voting like we have documented in Clark County, Nevada. It is a level of corruption I didn’t think could happen in a modern, free country,” Schlapp told Bedard.

“If we don’t immediately expose the fraud, America will never accept this election,” he added.
