Former Kansas attorney general and current Amistad Project director Phillip Kline announced on Sunday that the FBI is examining evidence of voter fraud that his group collected, the Washington Examiner reported.
“The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society retained Matt Braynard and his team after Election Day to develop data analysis to cultivate as evidence to support election integrity lawsuits in the battleground states,” read a statement that Kline tweeted out.
The statement continued, “We’ve learned that Mr. Braynard was contacted by FBI Special Agent Young Oh of the FBI Los Angeles Field Office seeking our data. Mr. Braynard is cooperating with this request and we fully support him.”
“This data has been used to identify hundreds of thousands of potentially fraudulent ballots in the states where we filed litigation,” Kline continued, adding that Braynard will provide additional information during a meeting with Arizona legislators on Monday.
Cooperating with FBI request
Kline also told the Washington Examiner that his organization has “obtained substantial and compelling evidence that unlawful actions by state and local election officials in swing states resulted in the casting and counting of hundreds of thousands of fraudulent ballots and the improper spoiling of tens of thousands of valid ballets.”
The Examiner reported that Braynard released his own statement that said he will be cooperating with federal investigators.
“The @FBI has proactively and directly requested from me the VIP findings that indicate illegal ballots,” Braynard tweeted early Sunday morning. “By Tuesday, we will have delivered to the agency all of out data, including names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.”
FBI “missing in action”
Braynard also addressed concerns that the FBI has been compromised: “While there has been legit criticism of the action of leaders of the agency over the last several years, I can personally attest to the many patriots within the rank-and-file who are fighting on the side of the Constitution and Law and Order.”
President Donald Trump has expressed distrust over the nation’s top law enforcement agency, telling Fox News host Maria Bartiromo on Sunday that the FBI and the Department of Justice have been “missing in action.”
“You would think if you’re in the FBI or Department of Justice, this is the biggest thing you could be looking at,” Trump said. “Where are they?”
“All I can say is I haven’t heard, with all of the fraud that’s taken place, nobody has come to me and said, ‘Oh, the FBI’s nabbed, you know, the people that are doing this thing,'” he continued.
Trump argued, “There’s no way Joe Biden got 80 million votes. I just said, there’s no way Joe Biden beat Barack Obama in the black communities of various cities, and then he did very badly compared to Obama in other cities throughout the United States. There’s no way it happened.”
