FDA authorizes COVID booster shots for all American adults

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has authorized booster shots of the Pfizer and Moderna coronavirus vaccines for all American adults, Fox Business reported Friday.

The decision promises billions in profits for the pharmaceutical giants and will likely embolden those pushing the vaccine on unwilling Americans, including President Joe Biden and Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).

Not “an add-on”

The companies hailed the FDA’s decision to grant emergency use authorization, with Pfizer saying it will allow people to “preserve” the protection of their vaccine, Fox Business noted.

The FDA had declined to authorize the boosters in September, as the Biden administration demanded, citing a lack of data. However, it appears the vaccine’s waning efficacy has increased the pressure to make boosters available.

According to CNBC, a recent study showed that the Pfizer shot’s efficacy declined from 86% to 43% between February to October.

Leading vaccine-pusher Fauci acknowledged recently that the term “fully vaccinated” may become obsolete soon and that receiving periodic boosters will no longer be a “luxury,” but the “standard.”

“A booster isn’t an add-on and a booster is part of what the original regimen should be. So that when we look back on this, we’re going to see that boosters are essential for an optimal vaccine regimen,” the NIAID chief said, according to the New York Post.

Biden pushes mandates

Fauci has also conceded that there is “an uptick in hospitalizations among people who’ve been vaccinated but not boosted” and that boosters “dramatically diminish” the chance of a vaccinated person going to the hospital with COVID-19, as NBC News notes, although “full” vaccination was supposed to do that already.

Still, the necessity of booster shots to maintain immunity does not appear to be changing the calculations of those in government pushing for vaccine mandates.

Although 80% of U.S. adults have taken the COVID-19 vaccine, President Biden argues that there are still “too many” unvaccinated kulaks who the vaccinated — or soon-to-be unvaccinated, rather — need to be protected “from.”

Biden has been extremely aggressive about forcing the vaccine, boasting about mass firings and even encouraging companies to ignore court orders freezing his draconian vaccine mandate for millions of private workers. In a rare show of restraint, however, Biden has suspended government enforcement of it.

While many Americans are being forced to take a medical product they don’t want, Pfizer is expecting to rake in $36 billion this year alone from the shot, according to reports.
