President Donald Trump has made it abundantly clear that he is unwilling to accept the reported outcome of the 2020 election, even after the Electoral College’s Dec. 14 vote in favor of Democratic nominee Joe Biden. Now, the commander-in-chief is coming down hard on Republicans who he says haven’t been backing him in the fight against alleged election fraud.
According to One America News Network (OANN), President Trump declared Saturday that if Democrats had fallen victim to a “rigged” and “stolen” election, they would have considered it an “act of war.” But among many in the GOP, there seems to be no desire to fight, Trump lamented.
“[Senate Majority Leader] Mitch [McConnell] & the Republicans do NOTHING, just want to let it pass. NO FIGHT!” Trump wrote in a tweet.
If a Democrat Presidential Candidate had an Election Rigged & Stolen, with proof of such acts at a level never seen before, the Democrat Senators would consider it an act of war, and fight to the death. Mitch & the Republicans do NOTHING, just want to let it pass. NO FIGHT!

Trump: GOP has ignored an “act of war”
Trump’s remarks came less than two weeks after McConnell, a Kentucky Republican, urged his GOP colleagues in the Senate not to object when it comes time for Congress to count the Electoral College votes on Jan. 6.
The Hill reported at the time that McConnell and a number of other Republicans had already started referring to Biden as the president-elect after a 306–232 vote for the Democrat by the Electoral College.
Trump and his allies have maintained that the results are invalid, however, because of widespread fraud that they say impacted the vote counts in a number of key states.
As OANN noted, less than 15 minutes after his tweet castigating McConnell and other establishment Republicans, Trump turned his attention to his own Justice Department, which he said hasn’t done enough to defend against what he called the “biggest SCAM” in American history. “They should be ashamed. History will remember,” he tweeted.
The “Justice” Department and the FBI have done nothing about the 2020 Presidential Election Voter Fraud, the biggest SCAM in our nation’s history, despite overwhelming evidence. They should be ashamed. History will remember. Never give up. See everyone in D.C. on January 6th.

“We won it big”
Whether he has the backing of Republicans in Congress or even his own administration, however, Trump has shown no signs of giving in. In a video statement posted to social media on Wednesday, Trump accused “Democrat officials in the key swing states” of using the coronavirus as a “pretext” to violate their own laws “in order enable, encourage, and facilitate fraud on a scale never before seen in the history of our country.”
“The truth is, we won the election by a landslide. We won it big,” he said. Take a look for yourself:
