ABC News anchor caught saying network spiked Epstein bombshell three years ago

ABC News appears to have quashed a bombshell story exposing the sordid activities of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful associates three years ago, according to a leaked video.

ABC News anchor Amy Robach’s frustrated ‘hot mic’ rant was caught on video in August, shortly after Epstein was found dead in his New York jail cell.

The stunning footage was apparently obtained from an ABC insider and published early Tuesday morning by Project Veritas. As the hashtag “#EpsteinCoverup” trended on Twitter, other media outlets took notice and scrambled to cover the breaking story, Project Veritas producer James O’Keefe proudly noted on his own Twitter account.

“BREAKING: @abcnews anchor @arobach caught on ‘hot mic’ in August disgustedly exposing networks decision to strategically spike bombshell investigation into Jefferey Epstein over THREE YEARS AGO. Says what she had was ‘unbelievable,'” O’Keefe tweeted Tuesday morning. Watch:

O’Keefe, who calls himself a “guerilla journalist,” has become famous for publishing insider videos that expose wrongdoing and corruption in major organizations and most recently published an expose of anti-Trump bias within CNN.

Robach’s ‘hot mic’ revelation

According to the video footage, a lengthier version of which was posted to YouTube with added commentary from O’Keefe, Robach said that she interviewed Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Guiffre three years ago and had learned everything, only for her superiors at ABC to essentially kill the story.

Robach said that the “Palace” — the British Royal family — found out about her story and the allegations against Prince Andrew and “threatened us in a million different ways,” which apparently caused the network to fear that it would lose access to interview Prince William and his wife Kate.

The anchor claimed to have obtained “pictures, everything” on a number of influential and powerful people, such as esteemed attorney Alan Dershowitz and former President Bill Clinton. “It was unbelievable what we had, Clinton, we had everything,” she said.

“I tried for three years to get it on, to no avail. And now it’s all coming out and it’s like these new revelations and I freaking had all of it,” Robach said. “I’m so pissed right now. Like, every day I get more and more pissed because I’m just like, oh my God … what we had was unreal.”

‘I had it all three years ago’

Robach recalled a quote from Guiffre’s attorney, Brad Edwards, who allegedly told her, “‘There will come a day when we will realize Jeffrey Epstein was the most prolific pedophile this country has ever known,’ and I had it all three years ago.”

Robach said she was “one hundred percent” convinced that Epstein was killed as part of a coverup “because he made his whole living blackmailing people.”

“There were a lot of men on those planes, a lot of men who visited that island, lot of powerful men who came into that apartment,” she added.
