New details have come to light concerning the sexual harassment claim that Fox Nation’s Britt McHenry reportedly filed against her former “Un-PC” cohost Tyrus in June.
Sources say Tyrus sent inappropriate and obscene text messages to McHenry, the Huffington Post’s Yashar Ali reported.
Offensive texts
Ali’s report is based on “four sources familiar with the texts’ contents.” According to these sources, Tyrus would regularly send McHenry sexually suggestive texts.
“Just pull your b**** out now why don’t you. Just grin and bare it,” the former WWE star allegedly wrote in one message. “Keep being negative and I’ll send you another d*** pic,” another read.
The messages are said to span a period from November 2018 to January 2019.
At one point, Tyrus allegedly wrote, “I love the fact your always working if we ever had sex I feel like after an orgazzum you say speaking of feeling good did see the story on the puppy rescue we should do a segment on it hand me my phone,” to which McHenry replied, “Hahahaha.”
Looking for advice, McHenry reportedly showed the messages to friends, some of whom spoke to the Huffington Post, according to the report.
Harassment complaint resolved
According to a Daily Beast report last month which cited unnamed sources, McHenry filed a harassment claim against Tyrus in June. “Fox News brass was aware of the harassment complaint,” the Daily Beast reported, adding that Tyrus “was kicked off” Fox Nation’s “UN-PC,” which he and McHenry had co-hosted, and was moved to a solo show, “Nuffsaid.”
For its part, Fox said in June that it considers the matter “resolved” following an independent investigation.
“While we are not at liberty to discuss the details of any employee matter, we follow strict protocols when matters such as these are brought to our attention, and we make no exceptions,” the network stated. “The process works because of the extensive systems and measures we have instituted. This situation was independently investigated and we consider the matter resolved. We respect the confidentiality of all involved.”
In response to the latest Huffington Post story, Fox released another statement reiterating its position.

Neither McHenry, who is still with Fox, nor Tyrus have spoken about the matter publicly.
