Pelosi has confirmed the reporting:

“As we pass the Senate bill, we will do so with a Battle Cry as to how we go forward to protect children in a way that truly honors their dignity and worth.”

“At the end of the day, we have to make sure that the resources needed to protect the children are available, Pelosi writes. “In order to get resources to the children fastest, we will reluctantly pass the Senate bill.”

So there you go. The Senate bill will pass today and DHS will get much needed funding to contend with this crisis.
Just remember, this was a bipartisan bill so I’m sure it only goes so far, as Ryan Girdusky alludes to in his statement above.
