Remember, a three-judge panel of the federal appeals court in San Francisco ruled that the administration decision to end DACA was arbitrary and capricious.
The interesting part is that the Supreme Court will hear the case next session and likely decide it right in the middle of a heated election. That should be fun.
The #DACA cases will be argued and decided in the court’s next term, which begins in October. The justices have repeatedly denied the administration’s requests to speed up the case, so it could be a full year before we get a ruling.
