Conservative broadcaster Eric Bolling is joining Newsmax, the network announced on Monday.
“Eric Bolling is a consummate media professional who isn’t afraid to ask tough questions, get provocative answers and challenge establishment thinking,” Newsmax CEO Chris Ruddy said in a statement.
“His background in business and politics separates him from the competition,” he added.

The Road to Newsmax
Bolling’s background includes years of serving conservative audiences. He served at Fox News until 2017, later serving with Sinclair Broadcasting Group.
The conservative host recently launched a podcast with legendary NFL star Brett Favre.
Bolling has a new show set for release in July and will appear on various Newsmax programs until its launch, according to the statement.
“Like myself, Newsmax is concerned with the direction that Big Tech and Big Corporate Media have taken journalism and our nation,” Bolling said in the statement.

Bolling’s Background
In the biography on his website, Bolling says, “I came from humble beginnings. Baseball allowed me to go to college. An injury sent me to the commodities trading floor.
“Television gave me a national audience for business, politics and social affairs. It’s a cliché, but I believe if you come to work every day and not feel like you’re working, you’re winning.”
He added, “My career defies labels. But if I had to choose one, it would be ‘citizen of America,’ fully engaged, and applying my skills to keeping our people free and this country great.”
Bolling will bring strong energy and a veteran background to Newsmax, adding another strong voice to the growing conservative platform.
