MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell falsely claimed that Brenda Snipes is a Republican. Snipes is the Supervisor of Elections for Broward County and she’s currently engulfed in controversy involving a recount and potential voter fraud that appears to be the basis of investigations. Snipes was appointed the job by Florida’s former Governor, Jeb Bush, who is an actual Republican. Snipes ran for re-election for her job multiple times as a Democrat.
