CNN’s Jake Tapper was discussing the 2018 midterm election results when he broke a few Democrat hearts by talking about the popular “blue wave” theory that traversed the Internet for the better part of the last two years. The ‘blue wave’ that many Democratic supporters have talked about for two years turns out to be more of a small pond, with many of the results in tonight’s election result favoring a ‘red wave’ for Republicans.
