Facebook Shuts Down Pro-Trump Diamond And Silk: ‘Content Unsafe For Facebook’

Diamond and Silk have become popular celebrities for supporting President Donald Trump, but their “brand” has been determined “unsafe” to the Facebook community.

Needless to say, Diamond and Silk, aka Lynnette Hardaway and Rochelle Richardson, are outraged over this “final” determination — Facebook eventually informed them of this decision after months of asking, they say, and the ladies have some hard-hitting questions for Mark Zuckerberg and Co., as seen further below.

The Trump supporters described the actions taken by Facebook as “bias censorship and discrimination” in a series of tweets posted Friday, explaining that they’ve been going back and forth with the company since September.

The ladies explained how “millions of people who have  liked and/or followed our page no longer receives notification and why our page, post and video reach was reduced by a very large percentage.”

And the reason, as they say Facebook informed them: “The Policy team has came to the conclusion that your content and your brand has been determined unsafe to the community.”

We at BizPac Review know EXACTLY how Diamond and Silk feel because we have had a very similar experience.  We never imagined they would admit to the censorship.

Just like Diamond and Silk, most of our 3.5 million fans, who liked BPR and asked to see us every day, have been denied.

In January, the company admitted to the world that they would be determining acceptable content, which is sort of like saying “game over” to conservatives on the platform.

Ben Shapiro, the editor-in-chief of the conservative Daily Wire, told Politico recently that his site has seen a “substantial” impact from Facebook’s algorithm change.

“It’s clearly made an impact on us; it’s clearly made an impact on every conservative site,” Shapiro stated. “I think that Facebook needs to be held to public account for its constant manipulation of what its users are seeing.”

Fox News host Tucker Carlson commented on the changes last week on his show, effectively calling a spade a spade.

“Facebook is not a neutral host; it has a political agenda,” Carlson said, according to Politico. “It’s an act of ideological warfare, and it’s far more worrying than anything that Cambridge Analytica has done, or is accused of doing.”

With Facebook reportedly voluntarily providing data on millions of its users to the re-election campaign of President Obama in 2012, according to Fox News, this may prove to be a true statement.

A Facebook spokesperson acknowledged to Politico that “partisan” pages may be experiencing declines, but said “there are examples of declines across the political spectrum.”

The disturbing thing about Diamond and Silk — which may not be exclusive — is that they say Facebook said the determination that they are “unsafe” is “not appeal-able.”

In the end, the ladies posted a number of questions for Facebook that are not only reasonable, but deserving of answers. It seems Zuckerberg might deem your brand to be unsafe, but that doesn’t preclude him from making a buck off of you, if he can get away with it.
