POLL: Has Corruption Run Rampant Among Democrats?

Democratic leaders across the nation are dropping like flies! It seems that a new charge of corruption, theft, affairs, sexual harassment, etc. are being brought against some level of Democratic leadership every day.

Has the DNC encouraged such corruption? Or, does the Democratic party simply align with the greedy and immoral hacks that desire power and control?
