POLL: Do You Think The Federal Government Should Lay Off Stoners?

Attorney General Jeff Sessions ended an Obama-era policy Thursday that discouraged federal prosecutions of marijuana use and sales in states where it has been legalized. Sessions is instead leaving it up to U.S. attorneys to decide to what extent they will enforce federal anti-marijuana laws. Many argue that habitual marijuana use is harmless and the federal government should back off. Do you agree that the federal government should lay off pot smokers?
